SimSun;">2017年，浙江省开始开展乡镇文化员定向培养工作，由浙江艺术职业学院承担培养任务，学制3年，学生毕业时将取得大学专科（高职）学历。作为全国“双高”校、全国文化干部培训基地、全国基层文化队伍培训基地，浙艺在基层文化干部培养方面有丰富经验。当前我省基层文化员队伍存在“不足、不专、不稳”问题，开展乡镇文化员定向培养是新时代振兴乡村文化的需要。学校始终将乡镇文化员定向班学生的培养目标定位为“一专多能”复合型应用人才，不断修订完善人才培养方案，在教学上强化师资队伍建设，在实践方面定期与培养单位联系，利用寒暑假让学生到定向培养单位进行实践，加强教学与岗位的对接。力求培养出一批懂业务、有技能、下得去、留得住、受欢迎的公共文化服务人才，成为文化浙江的基层骨干。</span><span
